Privacy notice.
How we use details provided through event forms and the private committee workspace.
Clear purpose. Limited use.
This notice covers public event enquiries and registrations, as well as comments submitted by approved committee members in the private Site feedback area.
What we collect
Event forms may collect your name, email address, phone number, organisation, role or volunteer preference, availability, interest area and optional notes. On-site registration records can include attendance, check-in and bag-handover details. Site feedback records contain the page URL and title, your suggestion, discussion comments, account email and submission time.
Why we use it
We use event information to respond to enquiries, coordinate volunteers and speakers, manage registrations and arrivals, and send conference updates when you have agreed. Committee feedback is used to review, prioritise and implement website improvements.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Event forms, on-site records and committee feedback are stored in the conference’s protected event-management database. Access is limited by assigned staff roles. Approved website reviewers can see feedback requests and discussions; the owner and content editors can manage their decisions. Event registration and volunteer information is available only to staff with the relevant operational roles. We do not publish these private records on the public site.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete your interest record, or stop receiving updates, by contacting the conference team through the Contact page.
Retention
We retain interest records only for as long as needed to manage communications related to Dharmanomics 2027 and related follow-up, unless a longer period is required by law.
Updates to this notice
We may update this notice when the registration process or conference arrangements develop. The latest version will always be published on this page.
