Timings, eligibility, training, shifts and any volunteer provisions will be confirmed by the organiser team. Expressing interest does not guarantee a place.

Do I need event experience?
No prior conference experience is required to express interest. Some roles may call for specific skills; the organiser team will explain requirements during follow-up.
How much time would I need to give?
Shift lengths and briefing dates are not confirmed yet. Tell us your general availability in the form, and we’ll share the confirmed expectations before any assignment.
Are meals, travel or certificates included?
Volunteer provisions have not been announced. We will not imply any benefit until the organiser team confirms it.
Can I request a role?
Yes. Choose an area that interests you; it helps us understand your preference, though final assignments depend on event needs and suitability.
