Does submitting this form confirm my booking?
No. The team must review availability and suitability, agree written terms and confirm payment requirements. This form does not reserve a placement or booth.
Can the price or specification change?
The organisers manage the current catalogue in the CMS. Your saved enquiry records the package details at submission. A final written offer governs the booking; please review any changes with the team.
Can I enquire about more than one opportunity?
Yes. Describe additional placements or channels in your message, or email secretariat@dharmanomics.org. If you have already submitted a partner or exhibitor request, contact the team to add to it rather than creating duplicate cases.
Are furniture, electricity and passes included?
Not at this stage. The 3 × 3 m footprint is the planning basis. Furniture, electrical supply, construction, passes and all other inclusions must be specified in the organiser’s written offer.
